April 25, 2014 - This is me, hot, sweaty, tired, and with rain falling on my face after running 20 minutes straight for the very first time at 203 pounds.
January 19, 2014 - Ok round two of photos now that I'm down more than 61 pounds ... sorry for the watermarks, I've known other bloggers whose photos were stolen and used to promote diet products online. Not that I'm far enough along to have to worry about that but why not try it anyway.
I like the front and back views better than the side views ... It doesn't seem as noticeable a difference from the side. Then again I'm not sure the perspective is the same. My earlier photos were selfies but I think I'll have better results having hubby take them.
October 29, 2013 - My first progress photos - the before views on the left here were actually taken in June, 2 months before I started Dr Poon, and I was actually about 278 pounds then, not the 287 I was when I started on August 19, 2013. Close enough. I happen to be wearing the same shirt in the after photos on the right (at 253 pounds), but it sure hangs differently. Looking at these, I can definitely say I can see the difference now, especially in the side and back views. As I only saw myself from the front in the mirror each day it wasn't giving me the full picture.
