I ran 25 minutes!

Seriously, how is that even possible? I don't know but I gotta do it twice more this week. It was getting dark by the time I got back to the car but I felt I had more energy waiting 'til after work. Anyway, gotta go make Chicken Ratatouille for dinner, just thought I'd check in.

  1. You are awesome! It's amazing what we can do. Just remember, running is a mental sport. Your mind will give up before your body does...if you allow it to:-) xxx

    1. I believe you ... my mind wants to quit in the first few minutes! Lol I have to be very firm with it and insist we keep going.

    1. Thanks. I have been browsing your recipes too at www.lowcarbdietsandrecipes.blogspot.com and boy do they look yummy! Some will suit Dr Poon now and others I'll bookmark for later. :)

  4. I am finally caught up! Congrats on the 25 min of running!

I find that I have more energy and just generally run faster/better after work rather than in the morning. Plus, there's that whole-get-out-of-bed-early-enough-to-run thing that I haven't mastered for more than one day at a time.

    1. Me too ... I am not a morning person plus it's so cold in the mornings now! And I hate running along a busy highway whereas if I go after work it's a lovely lake path. But I must leave work on time or it gets too dark before I finish.
