So at first I was disappointed to see no change in my weight today from last Saturday. But Truthfully I expected a gain, given TOM is due any time now, and I usually gain a couple of pounds in the week before. So holding steady tells me I probably have lost weight and I'll see that drop once I lose the extra water weight. I won't worry too much until next week.
I'll go another week on 2 shakes and a frozen meal, and hopefully see a change next week. I also add a piece of fruit for mid-morning snack, and a small freezer pop for dessert. Those are generally 100 calories, so still within my calorie goal.
It's Australia Day today and quite hot out, though a chance of showers this afternoon. That probably won't ease the heat but rather just bring more humidity. But it's a three day weekend so I hope to get good weather for the next couple of days. Happy Australia Day everyone ... I'll check back in soon.
