I'll go another week on 2 shakes and a frozen meal, and hopefully see a change next week. I also add a piece of fruit for mid-morning snack, and a small freezer pop for dessert. Those are generally 100 calories, so still within my calorie goal.
It's Australia Day today and quite hot out, though a chance of showers this afternoon. That probably won't ease the heat but rather just bring more humidity. But it's a three day weekend so I hope to get good weather for the next couple of days. Happy Australia Day everyone ... I'll check back in soon.

I'm in north Queensland and it's so hot. We've just finished our flood and lots of rain, and now it's been replaced with very very hot weather. Thank goodness it's near the end of January and in a month we'll start to be looking at the end of it all. Never mind about the stay the same. You weigh less than you did a month ago and that's great.
